Taisha’s professional journey began as a Coordinator, where she developed a strong foundation in client services, team support, and healthcare operations. Over the years, her dedication, leadership, and commitment to helping others propelled her into increasingly influential roles, including Director of Agency.Today, Taisha serves as the Chief Executive Officer of A & R Homecare LLC, where she brings together more than two decades of industry knowledge, leadership experience, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals and families. As a leader, Taisha believes that quality care begins with compassion, respect, and understanding. She is committed to creating an organization where clients feel valued and supported, while caregivers are empowered to provide exceptional service.
